We all know the tea is good for you, specifically green tea health benefits, but did you know raspberries are equally as good? As research evolves it’s been established that raspberries have a great potential in helping with obesity. This tasty little fruit contains phytonutrients, like rheosmin known as “raspberry ketone”, which helps in increasing metabolism NATURALLY!
In addition, they also decrease the activity of a fat-digesting enzymes released in our pancreas call pancreatic lipase. What this in turn does is lessens the digestion and absorption of fat. But not stopping there aside from helping with weight-loss, these phytonutrients have anti-cancer benefits, in simple terms they have the ability to reroute or change the signals that are sent to potential or existing cancer cells.
Here is a simple recipe combining Green Tea & Raspberries to create the ultimate blend.
